Image and File Issues

We decided to use a special server for the sole purpose of storing and serving your images and files. This model should be faster and more reliable.  In the last few weeks we’ve seen reports and then confirmed of what’s called a time out issue.  That is, the server stops responding while you’re in the middle of an upload.

We’ve been working with our server provider to get this fixed.  If the next updates are unsuccessful we’ll be managing files on a different server and method.
